Valicon developed its own software tools for surveying and management of the online panel. The software for all types of data collection (CATI, CAPI, CAWI, CAMI) is called AI (Assisted Interviewing) and it allows the development of survey data collection though several channels simultaneously.

We have our own team of develops or programmers, who continuously supplement the tools with new functionalities, which allows us implementation of more demanding projects and adapting to the project with special requirements.

Valicon implemented its first CAPI project in 2002, when we started to implement the “National Readership Survey”. In 2006, the CAPI method started to be used for implementation of other projects as well. Today, practically all projects are implemented in electronic form – with laptops, tables or smart phones.
